An island with stools offers extra counter space for your meal preparation, quick snacks and socializing The large wooden dining table is perfect for your sit-down meals. The living room provides a couch and loveseat by the wood fireplace, ideal for curling up with a book, while an adjacent seating area has a recliner-style couch and armchair, set around a 46" HD LED TV with satellite for TV entertainment. Between these two spaces, a patio door opens to the elevated back deck. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The large master bedroom offers a queen bed, a ceiling fan, patio doors out to the elevated deck and an ensuite three-piece bathroom with jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 offers a single bed and 2 windows for cross-breezes. The main bathroom is a three-piece with a shower. There is a washer and dryer available to handle your laundry needs. In the finished lower level rec room there is comfortable seating for more lounge space. Out on the expansive covered waterside deck, you can lounge in the shade or cook up a feast on the propane BBQ. Stairs lead down from the deck and follow a whimsical stone path to the shoreline. Lakeside, enjoy the 2 wooden decks, chairs and table with umbrella. Or take part in a cottage tradition with a campfire at the outdoor fire pit. The shoreline/lake bottom are flat limestone rock, which gives the water its beautiful caribbean hue. The bay is terrific for swimming, with many shallow spots for kids. This area offers many attractions and outdoor enjoyment. Bring your bikes and take a ride along the quiet shore road. Take a hike on the Bruce Trail and visit Bruce Peninsula National Park, or go for a boat tour from the village of Tobermory. In the villages of Tobermory and Lion's Head you can find unique shops, restaurants, a grocery store and more.
