This elegant studio apartment features a full size bed which fits two people and a day bed for one extra guest. Wifi and television included for your convenience. The apartment features a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for light cooking, living room area with a sofa, completely empty walk-in closet, washer/dryer in the unit, hard wood floors, lots of windows and natural sunlight. This unit is NOT occupied and used for rental purposes only so you don't have to live amongst other peoples private belongings. The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street. There is ample street parking in front of the building.
Our neighborhood is a hidden gem in Los Angeles. No traffic, no congestions, quiet, clean, safe and most of all in close proximity to all tourist attractions, eight minutes from the Interstate 10 Freeway. We are one of the only neighborhoods in Los Angeles which is a permit-free parking zone with no meters. Free street parking with the exception of street cleaning days. We have an amazing local organic market right on the corner, as well! We are in walking distance from some great restaurants and cafe's such as Bloom, CJ's, Paper or Plastic, Power Plant Superfood Cafe. The Grove Mall and Farmers Market are a 15 minute walk away.
We are close to all public transportation including the 330 and 33 Bus Lines which take you to West Hollywood or Downtown Los Angeles. We are also a 5 minute Uber ride to the Expo Metro line which takes you to Downtown, Korea Town, etc.

Check in is after 2 pm and check out by 11 am. If available, we do offer early check in/ late check out with an associated $20 fee. Pets are allowed with advanced notice and a $10 per day fee, plus an additional $40 cleaning fee to be paid in cash upon arrival.
