This house was built in the 1924 and thoughtfulness was in abundance when it was meticulously restored to four bedrooms, yet keeping the charm of the era. A garden level bedroom was added with French doors opening onto the patio. The house is called "a story-and-a-half", which means, stairs going up and stairs going down. Two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going up from the main level and two bedrooms have a short flight of stairs going down from the main level. It is four bedrooms, and sleeps eight. The kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are on the main level. Each bedroom is on its own level.
