Because we focus on monthly rentals, we do not accept bookings with a gap between move in date and availability date. We generally require move in dates to be within 7 days of the availability date. Payments are due on a monthly basis starting with the first month due prior to move-in.
This apartment is perfect for tourists, business, or your family/friends that are coming to visit. As you can see in the photos, the apartment has been fully furnished with hand-picked art and furniture by the owner and his wife. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, but for added safety there is a key code entrance, and keyed elevator.
This is a 1-bedroom with a queen size mattress that is extremely comfortable with an allergy proof cover. There is an office nook for those of you on business that includes a desk, land-line phone, fax, scanner and WiFi Color Printer. This master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet that can store luggage and clothing for longer term stays. Also, off the bedroom is a very private and peaceful balcony.
There are 1.5 Bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. As far as the eat-in kitchen it has all the amenities, such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator, sink, dishes, and a filtered water system for crisp clean water right from the tap.
The living space includes a 42-inch smart flat screen TV and a comfy queen sized sofa bed available to sleep 2 extra guests. Throughout the apartment there is free high speed WiFi, central heat, and air-conditioning.
We highly recommend that you stop into the restaurant Penelope below the apartment for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
The neighborhood would be considered Murray Hill/Kips Bay (just an avenue away from Park Ave.). It is a perfect mix of convenience (so close to many tourist destinations), and peace. It is very close (2 blocks) to the #6 subway line on Park Ave as well.
