Our lodge is located on the eastern slope of the Tug Hill Plateau and just west of Adirondack foothills. The lodge is situated on approximately 300 rural acres. The lodge borders Whitaker Park, which is great for hikes and view the falls. Horse lovers can bring their horses, lodge offers a 50 foot round pen corral onsite with lean-to shelter. Whatever your outdoor recreation pleasure may be, it can be found here. Opportunities abound for snowmobiling and ATV trails, horseback riding trails; hiking; boating; kayaking, bicycling; fishing; hunting; cross country, snowboarding, downhill skiing and snow tubing.
We offer a secluded, completely furnished home with 3 bedrooms and a one and half bath, which is located at 5912 Glendale Road, Glenfield, NY. Lewis County, Tug Hill and the surrounding region offers an extensive collection of wilderness trails. Individuals and families will find the exploration and casual riding to be a great way to see the area’s natural beauty. Wet, muddy springs; warm, breezy summers; and crisp, fresh autumns and snowy winters make Lewis County a great place to ride! Hundreds of miles of trails and off-season roads offer a different terrain for every preference. Whitaker Park falls borders our property and exploring or hiking down Roaring Brook offers unique approach to the falls. Whetstone Gulf State Park is built in and around a three-mile-long gorge cut into the eastern edge of the Tug Hill Plateau. The gorge is one of the most spectacular scenic vistas east of the Rocky Mountains . Above the gorge is Whetstone Reservoir, stocked with tiger muskie and large-mouth bass for fishermen, and popular for canoeing. Boat Launch Site: Black River at Glenfield on County Route 40 less than 3 miles, hard surface ramp with room for 20 cars and trailers - kayaking, canoeing. Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout and Walleye fishing for fishing enthusiast. The lodge is located about 5 minutes from Wal-Mart, 10-15 minutes from Brantingham Lake and Pine Tree Restaurant and 15 minutes from Flat Rock Inn where you can rented ATV’s and snowmobiles. There are numerous other attractions that you can check out on our website Be comfortable in the privacy of a cozy 3 bedroom house, completely furnished: Large Kitchen with all utensils provided, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven and other misc. small appliances. 3 Bedrooms :

Outer building contains drive through parking for snowmobiles and ATV’s,
50 foot round holding pen with lean-to shelter for horses. We are on the plowed snowmobile trials and access to ATV trails. Boat launches for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing within 3 miles. Horse trails are available at New York State Otter Creek Horse Trails.
