Check out is at 11am (flexible if not booked that night)
1) Check in time is flexible if there is no guest staying the night before your arrival. If you need to check in earlier then 3PM, please let me know in advance and I will try my best to accommodate you.
2) Parking will be provided for 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking, permit only area. If you need a permit for a 3rd car, please let me know so I can buy a permit for you. Permits cost $10 per day.
3) All occupants must register.
4) No unregistered guests allowed at anytime. Number of guests (including children) can not exceed the number originally booked for. Breaking this rule can be a cause for immediate eviction and or loss of all monies and security deposit.
5) Guests will be responsible for any plumbing issues caused by foreign objects in the toilet or sink.
6) Any illegal activity or drug use is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all payments.
We live in a quiet, friendly, neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors. I expect the place to be loved and maintained the way we love and maintain it. We look forward to hosting you!
PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. If you break or damage something please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement and repair. The exterior of the home is monitored by surveillance cameras.
