There are french doors on the main level leading to a 700 sq ft deck with full patio furniture, including lounger and a natural gas BBQ. This is a great place to enjoy the stunning views of the bay and you'll also get to see the neighbourhood eagles who like to perch in the tall trees on the property.
The lower level consists of the lounge, two additional bedrooms (one queen bed and one double bed), bathroom, full laundry room with washer and dryer, an office, plus a den (can also be a fifth bedroom). The lounge area has a large TV with cable and there is full high speed wireless internet access in the home. There is also a large covered patio on the lower level.
The large outside lawn is nice and flat and is a great area for outdoor games. Don't be surprised if you see the neighbourhood deer grazing in and around the area.
Access to the water and/or beach is done via Sargeant's Bay Park which is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. There is a corner store approx 5 mins drive away and there are many hiking and biking trails that are in close proximity. Sechelt is only 15 minutes drive and the drive from Langdale ferry terminal is 45 minutes.
