Private Back Yard
The location of the cottage is situated on a 1 acre private lot. With road access that divides the property, both side of the road is 1 property. There is a government right of way located on 1 side and the road cut around to the other side of the cottage. Situated on a hill and trees on either side makes for a very private back yard. There isn't any cottages located on either side of the cottage so nobody can view into the side and back yard. With the cottage being above the road you can view the waterfront without any obstructions. Having an open land concept lends to a lot of sunlight late into the evening. A sunroom is located at the back of the cottage, you are able to relax in the bright airy room away from the bugs and bad weather. We also have a large front deck that has a combination bench/picnic tables when placed together. Lots of room to pitch a tent for any additional family members. We don't have any cleaning staff so we ask to keep the place clean for the next client.
Master bedroom 1 double, Back bedroom 1 queen, front corner bedroom 1 bunk and 1 single with an additonal mattress off to the side.
Majority of the my waterfront is a weed bed and a 30' strip of sandy beach to walk into the lake. There is a gravel bed that you can walk out to approx. 3' deep before you reach the weeds and silt, just past the end of the dock. This creates good feeding ground for fishing and future fish. You can even fishing off the end of the dock.
For the golfer there are many locations to go to, Kaladar, Camden East, Kingston.
Fishing in the Land O' Lakes as there and hundreds of small lakes in the area to choose from, many of which are not on the map, many can be accessed from nearby roads.
Site seeing in the area of 1 to 2 hour distance your can see Ottawa, Kingston, Perth, Napanee, other small communities and many Conservation Parks.+ More
