The main floor is an open concept space filled with light from the many West facing windows. The well equipped kitchen, with its bold open ocean views is set apart from the rest of the living space by a large central fireplace. Overlooking the deck, the dining area has a panoramic view of the ocean. Facing the fireplace, the living area has two couches and coffee tables for comfortable relaxing. There is a powder room and laundry just off the kitchen.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with ensuite washrooms. The stunning master bedroom features a queen size bed. Large picture windows line the South facing wall and offers the most incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. The large master bathroom feature a soaker tub with a view to die for. Two other large bedrooms both with ensuite baths complete the second floor. Bed linens and towels provided. Other amenities include: fire pit.
Hellas Point is located on a gated, private 20 acre estate in Little Port Herbert in Southwestern Nova Scotia. Set on a rocky precipice with bold open-ocean directly ahead, Hellas Point also has a sheltered sandy beach to the East and an inspiring granite shoreline to the Southwest.
Driving distances are about 40 minutes to Lockeport or Shelburne, 2.5 hours to the Halifax airport and 1.5 hours to the ferry terminal in Yarmouth.
Hella's Point has a one week MONDAY TO MONDAY rental period during the peak season (July and August) and five night minimum rental period during the shoulder seasons.+ More
