Welcome to Colorado and our large 1,700 sq foot private apartment in Arvada, CO. Nicely appointed with hard wood floors, gas fireplace, kitchen complete with soap stone counter tops, convection microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Keurig coffee maker (complimentary coffee of course!), hot plate for cooking, & convection toaster oven.
Enjoy three flat screen tv's including a 55" Ultra HDTV with surround sound in the living room, large bedroom with queen sized bed (TV!), washer/dryer, cardio room with a treadmill, spin bike, Precor Elliptical & Stepmill, (TV!), full commercial gym (Squat rack, cable cross-over, Olympic lifting platform, Plyoboxes, BOSU & complimentary bottled water). Complimentary wi-fi and cable too!
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people max: Queen bed + twin sized air mattress and large sofa can sleep 1 or 2.
The large bathroom includes a marble marble walk in shower with a rain head feature plus two other spray features.
The apartment has a private 400 sq foot deck with beautiful views of the Flatirons & horse farm. Only 10 minutes to the Interlocken business park, 30 minutes to downtown Denver and 15 minutes to Boulder. Skiing? Plan on 60 minutes to Loveland and just under two hours to Vail. Great walking trails around the area including to beautiful Standley Lake. The development includes a large kids' park, tennis courts and baseball field. Summertime pool & club house too!
Our apartment is on the lower level of our home and it is not a party house. No smoking (pot included). We do have two dogs on property and will consider requests to bring a pet provided it is quiet and not destructive. Plenty of street parking available.
Minor discount for extended stays NOT 50 percent or more.
Our Pet Policy is as follows:
If you are requesting to bring your well behaved four legged Friend (no Cats) and it is 50 pounds and under it will be an additional $10 per day. Over 50# it will be an additional $20 per day.
Our Service Dog Policy:
If you represent you have a Service Dog it MAY require the following questions to be asked upon arrival if you are representing the animal as a Service Dog:
1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
It is very unfortunate that we may require such rules and questions, but we must given past experiences on bookings and experiences. Generally those with Service Dogs are very understanding and forthcoming with information.+ More
