This is a timeshare that we own on the Big Island. Currently we have reserved the week of January 27 to February 3, 2018. Earlier dates are not available. We might be able to reserve alternative dates later in 2018 if you provide your request at least 9 months in advance of the dates that you are interested in.
Kings’ Land, the newest Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort on the famed Kohala Coast, offers expansive fairway views and stunning Waikoloa panoramas. Enjoy the on-site superpool or take a short walk to the Hilton Waikoloa Village to enjoy wonderful ocean view, a manmade lagoon, shopping, and dining.
At Kings' Land you can enjoy plunge pools, hot tubs, whirlpool spas, and lounge chairs situated among shallow areas of the pool. There are four water slides winding through and along rock formations, a sand bottom kid's pool with interactive water features and a sports pool with volleyball and basketball.
In addition, there is a fitness center, a children's center hosting a number of activities, gated parking, and a restaurant and deli, the Kings Bistro. Building are serviced by an elevator.
The Kings' Land accommodation is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom golf course view suite with lanai, located on the first floor. It will accommodate up to 8 people and features a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom with a free-standing shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and bathroom with a standing shower only. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and bathroom with a standing shower only. A generous living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with rice steamer, and washer/dryer. The suite also features an HD cable TV with DVD player.
Please note: The state of Hawaii assesses a daily lodging tax, approximately $25/night, to guests staying at this resort and this is not included in the rental pricing. A deposit of $250 for incidentals is required at check-in. A guest certificate will be provided to the renter and this is included in the weekly price.
There are a number of things to do in the Waikoloa area: -hiking

-helicopter tours of the island and volcano
The KOA - KONA airport is about a 30 minute drive/taxi from the complex.
The bus and shuttle are about a 1 minute walk/transit from the complex.
Shops and restaurants, including Hilton Waikoloa Village, are about a 5 minute walk/transit from the property.+ More
