Needless to say, The elevation of the cottage is what enables the incredible view of beautiful Haliburton Lake. Once you recover from the spectacular view from inside, the outside lower level of the property can be accessed from the upper level bedroom via the stairs from the upper level. This well constructed staircase leads to the shore patio, fire pit, shore deck and gradual entry shoreline.
This cottage property has 3 distinct and stand alone sleeping accommodations in the form of the main cottage which has 3 bedrooms, a loft apartment with one bedroom over the garage and which is accessed from outside the garage by a staircase at the rear of the building. In addition there is a bunkie with one bedroom which is quite simple with a double bed and a set of bunks with a television for videos. All and all, this choice of sleeping areas ensures privacy for one and all.
This cottage is situated at the northern end of Haliburton Lake with the nearest supply of essentials being a dandy country store in Eagle Lake Village about 20 minutes from the cottage. If you are in need of more substantial shopping, Haliburton Village is about 15 minutes from Eagle Lake Village. Haliburton Village has large food stores, restaurants, pharmacies, live entertainment, service stations, health care and much, much more.
In addition there are several quality golf courses in The Highlands if golf is your passion and by all means, don't forget your fishing gear because there are bass and trout in Haliburton Lake.
