Or walk 10 minutes in the opposite direction, by century old houses, to the inviting lake side village of Wellington. Stop at the local cafe, bakery, grocery store or children’s lakeside play ground. Enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the fine dining restaurants. Several artists live in the area and display their work in Wellington and in the neighbouring village of Bloomfield. Bloomfield is a shopper’s delight with artist’s studios, galleries, woman’s clothing boutiques and gift shops.
