Our Lake House is equipped with 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is also a sitting room, located off the Master Bedroom, which also has a twin bed. Lay in the bed and enjoy reading a book, while looking out the large window onto the Lake.
The living room has a couch and love seat, so that you and your guests can cozy beside the gas fireplace and watch cable tv, or a movie on the large screen tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and keurig coffee maker. We also provide all cutlery, dishes and glasses so please pick up some groceries and enjoy preparing meals while looking onto the fruit orchards across the street.
The back yard is equipped with a gas bbq, and a large deck to enjoy cook outs. The large backyard is big enough to play games, and have fun with friends and family. There are also 4 deck areas to either sit and enjoy the view, or read a book, or even relax in the sun.
If you are looking to get out of the house, there is so much to do in the area. Many local wineries are located within a short bike ride (bikes included in summer months) or a quick drive along Lakeshore Road. The home is also very close to shopping at the Outlet Collection at Niagara (factory outlet shopping), and Old Town. In addition, we are a short ride to Niagara Falls, where you can see the falls, take a zipline ride, ride the Hornblower (maid of the mist), or even take the beautiful drive along the Niagara Parkway.
The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a large walk-in closet. There is also a sitting area located off the bedroom, which has a twin sized day bed, along a large window that overlooks the Lake.
The property is located directly on the lake, with a lower dock that you can swim and fish off. The street is 1 lane, with houses on the lake side, and fruit orchards across the street.
The home is 5 km from the Old Town of Niagara on the Lake. Along Lakeshore Road, on the way to Old Town, you can stop at a number of local wineries for tasting and tours. Also, relax and take a walk along the water at the numerous parks along way.+ More
