The Lake Street Carriage House is a fully renovated 1860's carriage house located in the heart of Picton, Ontario and has just received the Prince Edward County's 2016 Builders Award for Best Residential Build.
Great for families, multiple friends, and couples looking to be within walking distance to all restaurants, shops and Theatre. It is a 10 minute drive to the Sandbanks Provincial Park, and close to all the County's wineries, distilleries, and craft breweries. It is also steps from the Millennium Trail for those who enjoy jogging, walking and biking. If Golf is what you are looking for it is only a 5 minute drive to the Picton Golf & Country Club.
Set back from the road, the Carriage House provides the space and privacy to enjoy your down time after a long day of exploring all the County has to offer. A two-story three bedroom home that has been renovated and restored to ensure that the history of the building has been maintained wherever possible, while still providing a destination that affords you all the amenities that you would want to ensure that the time spent at the house is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
The main floor consists of an open concept floor plan with full kitchen, a living area with a gas fireplace, laundry room, half bathroom, a large fenced in private backyard and deck with a 6 person hot tub that can be used year round, BBQ, and outdoor propane fireplace/heater.
The second floor has three bedrooms; the master is very spacious with a sitting area and features a king size bed. The second room offers a Queen, and the third bedroom offers two twin size beds. It also includes a 4-piece bathroom with soaker tub and a walk in shower.
Approximately 2.5 hours from Toronto and Ottawa, 3.5 hours from Montreal and is located in the heart of Picton, Ontario
Picton provides multiple options for getting around, including, Taxi's, Limo services for wine tours, and bike rentals(Bloomfield).
A Sandbanks Provincial Park Pass is included while staying at the Carriage House

Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 PM
Checkout: 11:00 am March 10 to May 14 $350.00 per night with minimum 2-night stay
•May 15 to June 30 $400.00 per night with minimum 2-night stay
•July 1 to September 2: Weekly rentals only Check-In Saturdays after 3 PM and checkout following Saturday at 11:00 am
•$2800.00 per week
Holidays and Long Weekend Rates
Long Weekends- Minimum 3 night (Friday to Monday) stay including Thanksgiving, Family Day, Victoria Day, Easter Weekend $400.00 per night
Christmas and New Year on a per request basis with minimum stay of 3 nights @ $400 per night
A $500.00 damage deposit will be added to the bill and refunded at end of stay+ More
