The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 completely enclosed and 3 visually intimate but somewhat open-planned. It can accommodate up to 12 people in its 6000 sq ft.
The ground floor encompasses a vast kitchen-dinning-living room area as well as a very large bathroom and an enormous bedroom. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Another bedroom and a kids playroom are perched on the third floor mezzanine. The 10 feet high basement with 2 very large bedrooms, a shower room, a living room and the thermal mass fire place will make certain you will never feel claustrophobic!
Outside, you will share sweet moments in the year round spa, on the terrace or around the natural stone camp fire site.
Located on a 4 acres estate atop the highest mountain in Val-David. There are no close neighbors. Bordering the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park and its 2 000 acres of Crown land, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and mountain climbing literally start in the backyard.
Val-David with all amenities is 5 minutes by car. 1 hour from Montreal, 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and 20 minutes from St-Sauveur.
Very comfortable for 10 people. Child proof safety barriers were installed on the staircases.

This cottage is located in an area of â??â??241,950 square feet (4 ½ acres) on the sommet of the highest mountain in Val-David, where the view is breathtaking and where there are no neighbours nearby. It is located just next to the Parc Régional Val-David/Val-Morin (1900 acres of crown lands). You have access to the slopes of the Park directly from the field. You can choose from hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing or snowshoeing and even climbing rock walls.
For the following activities, you'll be spoiled for choice as they are practiced year round in the village: swimming at Lake Raymond (10 minutes by car) or the Lac des Sables (15 minutes by car), downhill skiing at Blue Valley (5 minutes), Belle-Neige (10 minutes), Mont Blanc (20 minutes), St-Sauveur (20 minutes) to Tremblant (30 minutes).
