Main living space is on the building’s second floor and features a large sitting area with TV, fireplace, Eames lounge chair and ottoman; work area with desk, charging station, and Herman Miller Aeron chair; and dining area that seats four comfortably.
Sparkling, well-equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, electric stove, built-in convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary coffee/tea, cooking basics (oil, spices, sugar, etc) and dinner settings for six.
Cozy loft bedroom with queen size bed and hanging area for clothes is accessible by ladder/stairs.
Newly renovated bathroom is located on the first floor.
You'll have private access to the entire coach house using a secure, keyless front-door lock that can be operated via your smartphone or by using the outside keypad.
The main living space is on the second floor. Onsite storage is available on the first floor for bicycles and luggage upon request.

Metered public parking is available on College Street. We recommend remote payment using the Green P parking app.
