This Spacious 1 bedroom (2 beds) is located in Cannonborough, known as the gateway to the Peninsula. The streets of this neighborhood have a great energy and youthfulness. You can walk to most anything the city has to offer.
The space is upstairs with a great classic Charleston porch. The apartment gets great sun light and includes a King sized bed in the master bedroom. There is a queen size bed in a reading nook in the front of the apartment off of the the living room. The mattress fits in the whole room. The Kitchen has a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The shelves are heat pine floor boards taken out of the Historic preservation society of COFC.
The driveway is shared with the guest below. So if you need more parkings spots please let me know as I can arrange to have some across the street.

Currently experiencing a city and community backed neighborhood revitalization, the streets of this neighborhood have a great energy and youthfulness. Aiding in redevelopment is the Spring and Cannon corridor, home to a number of local restaurants, flower shops, bakeries, and other small boutiques. Both boroughs offer great opportunities for homebuyers, whether first time, looking to buy and then rent, or those interested in renovating a historic Charleston peninsular home.
Charleston is a small city and due to limited parking it's best to either walk or bike. There are free public trollies to get you around town but it's best to see the city on foot or bike.
