This home was originally built in 1910 and has lots of character. It has been a family house for over 100 years. We own this house and live here when we are in New York City.
If you have any questions, we are happy to answer them before you book. The house is a "private dwelling" according to New York City and is excluded from the city' Multiple Dwelling Law for buildings with 3 units or more.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets or smokers. Ask if you have other questions! Thanks.+ More
