This property is not suitable for young children. We prefer organized artists group who will be inspired by the light, ocean and spectacular beauty of Maine's rocky coast and one of its few remaining working harbors. And, of course, lobster.
Locally there are daily ferries to Monhegan Island, kayaking, paddle boarding, art galleries, Marshall Point Lighthose Museum and of course, lobsters.
