Our home is full of light with floor to ceiling windows, in the heart of Lower Highlands. Access to downtown is a short walk across the pedestrian bridge away but our treelined street is incredibly quiet and private. Our home is modern, yet cozy. It is located on truly the best street in the best part of Denver - you are walking distance to incredible restraurants, the pedestrian bridge to downtown and Union Station, the South Platte River walking path and bike path, the best of Denver is right out your doorstep. You do not need a car — take the train from DIA to Union Station and walk to the house, but if you do have a car there is a two car garage for secure off street parking.
Modern and efficient with in-floor radiant heat, a cook’s kitchen fully stocked with all needed equipment for gourmet meals, grill with direct gas hookup, and front loading washer and drier. Enjoy coffee on the back patio or the deck off the master bedroom.
The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen size beds and one with a full size pull out couch. There is also a nursery off the Master bedroom. The house is child friendly.
There is high speed wireless internet and Sonos wireless speakers. Apple TV and over the air HD broadcast television + DVD player.
