Entire 2 bedroom, 900sqft, 5 min drive to Downtown Boston, 5 min drive to the Airport, 5 min walk to the Beach/Ocean, 10 min walk to the Redline T Subway station. Near Telegraph Hill in the South Boston neighborhood. The location is great because you've got the City, Nature, and Transportation. 1st floor unit (small 2 steps up) - no elevator. Approx $10 Uber ride to Boston Convention Center (BCEC), downtown. No dedicated parking, with limited street parking options. 1 of 4 units in the bldg.

ACTUAL GUEST REVIEW 2016: “These guys are well prepared. Very smooth, access with codes, the place was impeccable, and the SHOWER head... oooooohhh that shower head... AWESOME! Also, the mattresses are VERY VERY COMFORTABLE ... even the bunker ones; you'll get a good rest, promised. And... right next door... a pub! silent, you won't notice any noise from the apartment, but, how convenient. Will definitely go back there. ”

An entire 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment to your very own. Open concept living room, dining, and kitchen. First floor unit – 1 step up from the street, and 1 step up into the unit. Total of 4 Beds: 2 Queen beds (1 in each bedroom), 1 Full pull out sofa, and 1 Queen air mattress (auto pump).

The calendar shows the true availability for the unit - and thus what is available, is shown as such and your request will likely be approved very quickly. There are sliders from each bedroom to a small private connecting deck for some outdoor fresh air.

Laundry is in the building basement and is free. There is also detergent and dryer sheets that you may use (it's in the basement).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffee maker (with coffee/tea/cocoa/sugar/cream) - and a few basics of ramen and mac & cheese ;).

There are also board games and card games for your enjoyment.

The space can fit 4 comfortably (2 on each queen bed) and then extra people: 1-2 on the pull out sofa (it's full size) and 1-2 on the queen air mattress (though it will be very tight with the sofa and air mattress open [see photos for an idea of the space with air mattress open] - also remember only 1 bathroom for all to use).

The street that the unit is on is a somewhat well-trafficked street with a sidewalk that has some foot traffic - the living room of the unit is along the front wall that the sidewalk is on, so if you have people sleeping during the day in the living room, they may hear people as they walk by or wait at the bus stop that is directly out front. There is a fantastic sports restaurant/lounge directly next door.

WARM/HOT/COLD Weather: We just installed a brand new central air conditioning system in Jan 2017 that is controlled by a Nest wifi smart thermostat, so rest assured you'll be comfortable!

FOR LARGE GROUPS: If you have a larger number of people traveling together, this is 1 of 4 units in the same building, with another building of 3 units just a few blocks away. So depending upon availability, so we may be able to book your group into multiple units - just let us know how many you have and we can customize a solution for you.

IMPORTANT:

This is not a party pad as this is our home and there are many families that live on premises, next door, as well as are hosted by us and we as well as they will not hesitate to call the police if there are any hints of a party. We are trusting you to treat our property with the same respect as your own.

NO parties or loud music at any time, no smoking period - and definitely no loud noises before 9am or after 10pm, in consideration for our neighbors above, below, and to each side of the unit. The existence of Airbnb depends upon the kind consideration of our neighbors - please help us keep up good community relations. In an effort to help ensure you have quiet and peaceful enjoyment during your stay, we have surveillance video cameras in all the common areas of the building - of course, none inside the units. Breaking these rules forfeits your stay and your deposit and a fine of $2000/day of your reservation (this is how serious we take it)

From the comfortable, spacious furnishings to detailed oriented instructions and suggestions in our surroundings, our stay went without a hitch. A mere 30 minute straight walk to downtown Boston, Convention center and surrounding area. Fluffy towels, ultra comfortable beds, ginormous tv (but you are here to explore Boston, right?). Lets not forget the strong WiFi signal (again get away, go outside this is Boston). The Spa style shower, the high quality extras, and the complimentary snacks and beverages. It's a must stay again and I forgot to mention affordable and comfortable even if you have five or six people. My colleagues in our floor were complimentary of my choice in this spacious home away from home. Great job guys!”

As a lone female, I felt completely safe in the surrounding neighborhood at night and was able to quickly travel to anywhere in the city I wanted. Great Place!”

Mac did a great job of communicating with us, we received a really detailed Manual before coming with the answers to all question we could possibly have and he answered really quickly to all messages. Mac went above and beyond to make us feel at home, the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, water bottles, sodas and the bathroom had plenty of towels. If I have to go back to Boston I will definitively stay at the same place!”

Everything was really clean and included lots of extra bedding and towels as well as coffee, water and sofa. Nice touch! The beds were really comfortable. Close to restaurants and transportation. Telegraph Hill restaurant and bar next door was excellent and convenient. Mac was easy to reach and quick to respond. Will definitely reserve again the next time we're in Boston!”
