Recently completed, no detail has been overlooked and no expense spared, making this one of the most beautiful and luxurious rentals available anywhere on LBI. With 4,200 sf of heated/cooled living space and another 2,000+ sf of decking, the home easily accommodates extended families and/or multiple families.

Perfectly located on a quiet street at the very north end of Harvey Cedars and on the cusp of Loveladies, it's just a short walk to the Harvey Cedars shops and restaurants, including Black-Eyed Susans, Plantation and Neptune Market.

Inside, the first floor has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a laundry room and a den/family room with a state of the art video and surround sound audio systems. The second floor has an open floor plan with a huge great room with gas fireplace, dining room and kitchen with professional appliances, including a wine fridge and an ice maker. The master bedroom suite is also on the second floor, complete with a fireplace and private deck. The master bathroom features a free-standing tub and spa-like tiled shower with river-rock floor and rainshower showerhead.

There are over 2,000 sf of covered and uncovered decks. The first floor feature a huge ipe deck complete with a gunite, in-deck, heated, saltwater oceanfront swimming pool. The first floor deck also features a saltwater hot tub on its own raised deck and a wet bar complete with sink, refrigerator, dry storage and pull-out trash cans. In addition to lounge chairs and other patio furniture, there is a large teak dining table that extend to fit the whole family and separately-zoned outdoor speakers throughout.

The second floor deck features a dining table and chairs and a complete outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator, pull-out trash cans and 42" built in natural gas grill, allowing you to cook and eat while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. There are also separately-zoned speakers.

The roof deck provides 360-degree views, including amazing sunsets over the bay and separately-zoned speakers.

The house is professionally landscaped and maintained, in addition to being fronted by a beautiful dunescape.

Other amenities include a 3-stop elevator and strong, fast, reliable wireless internet. Beach passes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and linens are provided. Quiet, lifeguarded beach directly in front of house.
