With less than half the traditional heating time of a commercial brick Forno, our oven can be heated up to ~900F and be ready to cook in roughly 20-30 minutes. Flavourful pizza, seared steak, roasted chicken or large proteins are easily done and with a beautiful transfer of delicious smoke.
Baking bread and desserts or slow smoking can all be done with the Forno door closed to regulate the interior temperature and amount of smoke flavour you desire.
