Neat, tidy studio with a bbq and deck. Perfect for one or two people. Calgary is very walkable, so this location was perfect for me. All amenities are as described and the landlord was very helpful.

Excellent property, Excellent location


The unit was everything and more. Great space, comfortable furniture, huge balcony with gas grill and a very nice kitchen. Being able to leave the car parked and walk almost everywhere was wonderful. Working with the owner was prompt and easy. Calgary is a city to visit and this rental made it feel like home. Thank you!

I was in Calgary for work and found that this condo met all of my needs for the week. It's in a great location -- right near the waterfront, C-train and downtown.
