Now booking for Fall and Winter.
Enjoy a beautiful week or weekend in October or November, when the fall colours are just outstanding and the hiking and biking are just to die for, or enjoy the beach-side flagstone patio and large wooden deck that overlook the whole waterfront and offer two great spots for lunch, lounging and happy hour. A fire pit on the beach provides an excellent spot for nighttime star gazing or just having fun around the fire.
In the Winter, when the snow is crisp and the air is clean and fresh, the snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and skidooing are absolutely delightful; or just cozy-up inside the warm cottage with a good book, great food or your favourite shows on widescreen HD TV.
Waterfront paradise, right here on Georgian Bay, just a short 8-minute drive from the quaint historic town of Meaford. This beautiful property features what must surely be one of the best waterfronts and beaches in the province, a newly renovated cottage with all the amenities and a separate guest cabin with 3-piece bathroom.
The main cottage includes two queen-size bedrooms plus a third bedroom/office combination with pull-out couch. Large modern kitchen features a custom-built island, all the usual appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven) and a walk-in pantry with bar fridge and chest freezer. An ultraviolet water system means the water is drinkable from all indoor taps. A new, modern bathroom includes large, ceramic-tiled walk-in shower and stacked clothes washer/dryer. A fully outfitted guest cabin (available only until the end of October) includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
No pets or smokers, please.
