Stunning 4 bedroom waterfront cottage on the shores of Lake Huron at Bradley Harbour. This newly constructed cottage, with 1450 sq ft of living space on the main level, and 700 sq feet on the groud floor, has great deck space for you to enjoy as well as a nice sandy public beach accessible just a 2 minute walk away!
Pull up the driveway and walk up to the rear deck where you'll find the main entrance.
The well appointed kitchen of the cottage is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There is ample counter space for meal preparation and an island with breakfast bar space and two bar-style chairs for you to sit comfortably and enjoy your coffee while the chef in the family cooks up breakfast. The kitchen is part of the main living area that also includes the dining area and living room. The high ceiling, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room give this space a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere with a serene view out to Bradley Harbour. The living room has a large L-shaped leather couch situated right by the windows. There is also an HD TV with satellite. The living room sits adjacent to the dining area which has a table and chairs for eight, also situated by the large bright windows in this main living area. There are four bedrooms at the cottage and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan overhead, and a walk-out to the deck. This room also has an ensuite three-piece bathroom with a jacuzzi tub by a window that gives you a view out to the lake while you soak in the relaxing tub.
The other two bedrooms on the main level each have a queen bed and window. There is also a bathroom on this level - it is a four-piece bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
The lower level of the cottage provides a recreational area for all to enjoy completed with corner gas fireplace and stone from floor to ceiling. An additional couch and TV area is located here, as well as a pool table and air hockey game. Also on this lower level is a bedroom with a queen bed (this bedroom also has a window) and a two-piece bathroom with toilet and sink. Lower Level walls are finished with beautiful cedar.
The expansive deck at the cottage looks out to Lake Huron and provides the perfect place for you to sit and soak in the sun and fresh air - and the deck glass railings mean that your view is unobstructed! Out on the deck you'll find a patio table with umbrella and six chairs. This is the perfect place to enjoy your BBQ dinner (cooked up on the propane BBQ) while you sit and listen to the waves or take in a brilliant sunset. If you'd like to stay out of the sun but still enjoy a great view on the deck, then the sunroom is the place for you. The sunroom is closed off by deck glass and windows, so your view of the lakefront is still brilliant and unobstructed. Another patio set is located here - the perfect spot to enjoy a card game in the shade on a steamy afternoon - not to worry, you can open up the windows here and catch that great breeze off the water! The shoreline at the cottage is made up of rocky rubble with gradual entry in to the water. There is a dock on the property that is 20 ft long and the water depth at the end is approximately 3 ft (but this can vary). A small sandy beach is located just a 2 minute walk from the cottage and is especially great for the kids to enjoy! The cottage is centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula and is only a 20 minute drive from the villages of Lion's Head and Tobermory, as well access to the Bruce Trail, Bruce Peninsula National Park and the spectacular cliffs of Georgian Bay. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and outdoor exploration, while you can also take in a boat tour of Fathom Five National Marine Park in Tobermory. Plenty of outdoor enjoyment awaits you!
