Brand new lane house w/ private entrance, 25 mins to downtown Vancouver. 550 sq ft, high ceilings, charming loft beds, a balcony w/ view, patio space, and all the comforts of home: washer/dryer, radiant heating/air con, 2 TVs, cable/wifi and more.
This is a self-contained little house. Completely independent entrance, super quiet, absolute privacy. It is very bright with high ceilings, a spacious bathroom, a balcony and several patio spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, cutlery etc. Two semi-private loft beds accessible through ladders make the unit very unique. There are 4 beds in total: 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom, 1 Double bed in the loft space located inside the bedroom, 1 Sofa bed in the living area, and 1 Double bed in the loft space located in the living area. The lofts are great for parents traveling with kids, large groups of guests, or even a lovely place to hide out and read. There is WiFi and 2 TVs (One in the bedroom, one in the living room) with access to Apple TV, Netflix and similar platforms. Cleaning supplies and appliances like a vacuum cleaner make longer stays more comfortable. There is parking for 2 cars, and we also offer airport pickups - let me know if you're interested!
Guests have the whole lane house to themselves, and access to several patio areas as well.
Interaction with Guests:
I am a professional property manager with many years of experience, and I am on my phone basically 24/7. While this is a self-contained unit and there will not normally be a lot of face-to-face interaction, please, please contact me if there's anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable, or if you'd like some directions or advice on what to do in the city. I know how to give good service and I'll make sure you get it.
The unit's location is pretty unique in that it's literally 3 minutes away from the Trans-Canada Highway, and yet it's in a very quiet, very safe residential neighbourhood. There are dozens of restaurants and pubs within a 5 km radius, and several within walking distance. SilverCity Cinemas are a 10 minute bus ride (or 3 minute car drive) away, as is the Real Canadian Superstore (for grocery shopping.) The closest shopping mall is Lougheed Town Centre, which a 5 minute car drive away.

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a lane house that is right above the garage. You'll need to climb stairs (approx. 15 steps) to reach the unit. Also, there are two loft beds. You'll need to climb the ladder to reach the loft beds. Not recommended for little kids, seniors or those with leg injuries/bad knees. Please be cautious and careful when climbing up the ladder. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the TV area as well (no need to climb ladder).

-Check-in is after 4PM
This is a very quiet residential neighbourhood, so please keep the volume down and refrain from having social gatherings on all outside areas after 10:00 pm. Social events and reasonable noise levels can continue inside the lane house, it's pretty sound proof.
During your stay and at the end, please leave the garbage inside. For longer stay guests, please ask us for proper garbage disposal instructions.
Each guest is required to have their own insurance (ie. traveler's insurance) during their stay, the host will not be liable for any accidents.
Absolutely no parties allowed.
Maximum occupancy is only 8 guests.
Please do not leave food crumbs on the beds and the sofa. $50 charge.
