Our house is very central and close to everything but it is located on a quiet and friendly residential street. So please be respectful of the neighbors . If you plan on loud partying, this is not the place for you. Small family gatherings are fine.
-We welcome all furry children and do not require an additional deposit. Therefore we ask you to be responsible pet parents. Clean up after them, wipe their feet when you return from a walk, cover the seats or sofas they sleep for which you'll find various covers and blankets in the house and pick up the poop in the yard.
-Please be responsible parents .
We do not have a crib ,safety gates, lock on cabinets , cover on electrical outlets or plastic protected mattresses.
- We keep an environmental friendly home. Please use Eco friendly chemicals, and do not burn candles, incense or use plug-ins.
-My husband and I are vegan and while we do not expect our guests to be vegan as well, we would be grateful if you would consider cooking less meat and animal products all to the benefit of the animals, the planet and your health and run the self cleaning feature on the oven at least once a week to avoid grease to become baked the surface and embedded into the gaskets.
-We provide cleaning and laundry products, toilet tissue, and hand soap for the first month of your stay but do not provide any personal toiletry item such bath soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.... This is our second residence and leave many items there that you are welcome to use.+ More
