The spacious garden level one bedroom is light and bright. Newly build in September 2016, the main room includes a luxury queen bed, comfortable seating, TV, a large closet, and a full-size kitchen with a gas stove. The brand new lux shower offers a walk-in shower and Grohe fixtures. Modern design and décor, with a fold out couch and dining space for comfortable living.
The unit has a private entrance. Guests have access to the spacious backyard. It is currently under construction, so it’s use is not recommended. There is no laundry available for this unit but we do have a laundromat 3 blocks away as well as local laundry service options.
Interaction with Guests
We normally leave our guests to have a peaceful stay and generally don't interrupt them. We provide a comprehensive welcome book with information on everything from food delivery, local transportation, internet access and dining out/entertainment. If our guests have questions or other needs, we welcome a call and are very happy to help! We live right upstairs.
The Inner Sunset is a lovely and picturesque neighborhood that is centrally located in San Francisco. It has become a highly sought after destination and is loved by many for its family friendly vibe, great food and coffee shops, sunny weather and laid back attitude. The apartment is withing walking distance to Golden Gate Park and Irving Street shops and markets, including Nopalito, Park Chow, Arizmendi’s, Roxie Market, Sunday’s Farmer’s Market, and San Franpsycho. Everything you could possibly need is within a few blocks of the property and we know you'll love being here as much as we do.
San Francisco's MUNI bus system is 1 block away on Moraga and 9th Avenue. From there you can really go anywhere in San Francisco. The bus travels through the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, Hayes Valley, Market Street, and the Embarcadero. The N-Judah train is three blocks away. The N-Judah will take you West to Ocean Beach and East through the Cole Valley neighborhood, then down Market Street to Embarcadero.
If a car is what you are seeking, we recommend one of the private services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) or Zip car which has pickup locations within a quick walk from our home. The easiest way to get from the airport to the property is via taxi, Uber, or Lyft. Another option is to take BART into the city (24th/Mission stop) and then take a bus or taxi west into Noe Valley. If you have your own car, parking is not a problem in this neighborhood. A rarity in our beautiful city! A half block south of the property, you can find unrestricted parking so you may park your car on the street for the duration of your stay (read signs for street cleaning exceptions).

Please read the house rules carefully to see if this is the right choice for your San Francisco visit. Thank you!
