Thank you for checking out our Mountain House. The house is about 130 miles from the George Washington Bridge, so it's great for a city escape. It is situated on just 1 acre of well kept land and looks onto Windham Mountain. There are 2 main bedrooms on the first floor (1 with a Queen bed and 1 with a Queen bed and twin bunk beds suitable for adults), 1 Master Bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a loft room off the master that is perfect for a crib setup and also has a twin trundle bed. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. If you love to cook, there is a very spacious chef's ktichen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and 2 fridges. There is also an additional office/wetbar space. There is a large dining table and a cozy wood burning fireplace to snuggle around while watching a movie or sipping your wine. Outside there is a large wrap around deck with an 8 person hot tub and a screened porch. There is also a large outdoor grill and fire pit. High speed WiFi is included and there is also a 36" TV, blue ray player, wii gaming system and amazon fire stick TV.
But the best part about the house is the view of Windham Mountain.
Activities in the area include skiing, fly fishing, regular fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and the general Catskills beauty.
The house sits off the main town road and you can be at the slopes in 5 minutes.

NOTE: During the winter months it is HIGHLY recommended that you travel to the house with a four wheel drive vehicle. The country roads can get pretty snowy and icy, especially just after a storm. We have our driveway plowed after each 2"+ snowfall.+ More
