FOR PAUSE or FOUR PAWS
Welcome to our mountain retreat, where you can relax in comfort surrounded by soothing amenities. This three bedroom, two bath single story home backs up to Madora Creek very near the Feather River. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a 42' flat screen TV. Hardwood floors, area rugs and eclectic furnishings invite you to relax, put your feet up and stay awhile. The living room is open to the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, as well as a separate dining room and a breakfast nook.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, gas fireplace and views of Madora Creek. Relax in the soaking tub or wash the trail dust off in the separate tiled shower. Two sinks and a walk-in closet are also right at hand.
The other two bedrooms are on the opposite of the house, affording privacy for all occupants. The front bedroom, which faces south, is illuminated by early morning light-a great place for that first cup of coffee. The third bedroom has a King size bed and, like the master bedroom, also has views to the Madora Creek corridor. Both guest bedrooms are large and tastefully furnished.
Outside, the landscaping is a reflection of the mountain terrain of which it is a part. In the front there is whimsical yard art and a seating area shaded by a colorful market umbrella-the perfect place for a morning cup of joe or an evening cocktail. There's also a fire pit for warmth on a chilly Sierra evening, as well as convenient for a helping (or two) of s'mores. The back patio overlooks Madora Creek and features market umbrella's, pavers and comfortable casual seating. Either use the bar-b-que or easily bring food from the kitchen, just a few short steps away.
