The wharf and public boat access is just around the corner where the Seguin boat tours and Boston Pizza are located. There is a seadoo and boat rental also located in the wharf.
All amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, banks, liquor store, beer store are all a 5 minute drive away.
The hot tub on lower deck is great because it is "outside" but also covered and protected so it can be used even when it may be raining. It also means more lake swimming because you can always run up the hot tub to warm up. Just ask the kids.
There are 2 separate water heaters which helps when there are 12 or more people all showering in the morning.
