Guests do not have access to the pool or golf course.
Owner furnishes a State Park pass for Huntington Beach State Park.
This exquisite cottage is located 3 miles from white sandy beaches. Travel south to Huntington Beach State Park or 3 miles north to Garden City Beach and Fishing Pier.
Our cottage is a duplex. Our unit is on the left side. The cottage on the right side is also a vacation rental, managed by our company.
The community offers 24-hour security with visitor access by permit only.
When you enter our cottage you will immediately notice the detail and contemporary furniture throughout the home. The open kitchen / living area is airy with high ceilings and French doors. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with private baths. The master suite offers a screened porch with beautiful views of the giant oak trees. Also, an electric fireplace in the master suite.
There are 17 stairs to the bedrooms upstairs.
Large outdoor gas grill
Dog friendly for up to 2 well-behaved dogs, each under 50 lbs. The pet fee is $200 for the first dog and $50 for the second dog.
As you would expect, it comes fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee makers, refrigerator and all cooking utensils and crockery for a gourmet meal or quick snack.

Other Things to Note
PARKING: Parking for 1 to 2 vehicles in marked parking space "15".
RESTRICTIONS: Per the HOA rules... boats, motorcycles, pull-behind trailers, RVs and golf carts are not allowed within the community and will be stopped at the community entrance.
~ NO SMOKING
~ Fireworks and noise makers are prohibited.
~ No house parties. No exceptions.
Quiet hours are: 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. Landscapers are frequently in the area.
Guests DO NOT have access to the Club's amenities including pool and golf.
CANCELLATIONS: 60 days prior to arrival guests will receive a (100% refund); 30 days prior to arrival a (50% refund).
