The home is located in the City of University Place. Excellent waterfront dining and a microbrewery is only a long walk or short drive away. Public amenities located across the street, include: a children's park, soccer pitch, and running track. Extensive sidewalks and bike lanes and the proximity to a number of regional trail systems (forested and paved) make this a wonderful location to stretch your legs. If you are looking for night life, you'll find it in Tacoma. Tacoma boasts many pubs, restaurants, microbreweries, and nightclubs; upscale elegant dining; a professional symphony, opera, and ballet; Art Muesuems, the Museum of Glass; and a welcoming community of runners and other sport enthusiasts.
