Quiet street: one block to Stir Coffee and local stores and one block to Penrose Hospital; five-minute drive to Colorado College and downtown; ten minutes to UCCS. House resides on two large lots with spacious patio + yard. Quiet, elegant and full of comfort.

Working fireplace, complimentary coffees (French Press, Espresso, Keurig and Drip), wine access, and 1000 thread cotton sheets on brand new beds are just a few of the special touches in this newly offered gem. Flat screen TVs with DVD player and WiFi will meet your entertainment needs. Sound/speakers allow you to connect your smart phone for playing music or podcasts. Our fireplace will be stocked with wood if you'd like to cozy up at the end of the day.

Kitchen is well appointed with new cookware, appliances, dishes and all cooking utensils, even vintage martini and wine glasses. Grocery store, small fitness center, coffee house and other local shops just one block away at the Bon Shopping Center. Penrose Hospital one block away.

House is kid-friendly too, with one bedroom stocked with toys and games. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds; one bedroom a long twin. Large bathroom is fully stocked and includes subway tiles and new towels/linens. Additional half bathroom in the unfinished basement has clean and functional sink and toilet. Additional sink and vanity built into one of our bedrooms for convenience. Laundry can be accessed in the basement as well. Owners live right nearby and will be available for any needs or concerns but will respect guest privacy.

The neighborhood: Located in the beautiful turn-of-the-century neighborhood of Colorado Springs (known as the Historic Old North End). Wide streets, old trees, charming homes make for great neighborhood walks. Also we are just a five-minute walk to Monument Valley Park - great for hiking and biking on our complimentary bikes. Five minute drive - or bike - to Colorado College and downtown. One block to Penrose Hospital. Perfect location for couples and families alike: safe, quiet, and idyllic setting.

One block from two city bus lines (including Weber Street and Nevada Street lines). Three bikes (two adult and one children's) are provided with helmets and gear. City's main bike trail just one block away! Or bike to Monument Valley Park, or just meander around the wide streets. Downtown restaurants, clubs and cafes only a five-minute drive (or bike). University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS), a ten-minute drive. Fifteen-minute drive to Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor and World Arena. Twenty minutes to Pikes Peak or Manitou Springs or the Air Force Academy. Ten minutes to the Olympic Training Center.

Great house in a great location


We stayed here for Thanksgiving week and the house was perfect for our family of 5. It is conveniently located and has everything you need. There is a Safeway supermarket within walking distance., The home also has a lot of character with a nice side yard. We would definitely stay here again!

Crazy Florida family visits Colorado!


Cute craftsman home with all the charm you'd expect! Super well appointed, we needed for nothing... and when we wanted something, the grocery store was a block away along w a liquor store and decent local coffee shop. Wonderful stay!


The owners of this home have thought of almost everything. Very comfortable and quiet. And perfectly located. Close to shopping, downtown, uptown, and a great walking-bike path. This will be our go to place for future visits. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a lovely restored home in the heart of Colorado Springs. The home is very nice and cozy.


This house is very nicely located in the heart of all activity. There are lots of nice linens, it is very clean and cozy. Easy driving distance to all of the fun things to do in this part of Colorado. The owners were very accommodating and we loved our time there.

Comfortable Home in a Great Location


The home was a perfect fit for the four of us. The kitchen was the rallying spot for our daily planning and the coffee options were perfect.
