Welcome to the Beach House at Osoyoos Lake. One of only three cottages directly on the 500' sandy beach at the spectacular 70 acre gated Cottages at Osoyoos Lake community. Watch your family play on the beach from the comfort of your screened-in veranda or sunny patio. Swim or kayak in Canada’s warmest lake. Splash around in one of the two swimming pools or soak in the hot tubs. Play ping pong or workout in the Clubhouse fitness centre. Play volleyball or tetherball on the beach. Roast marshmallows and hotdogs at the beach fire pits or just wander the paths through the beautifully landscaped grounds.
The Beach House offers 3 bedrooms plus sleeping loft and 2.5 bathrooms. Great house to share as the bedrooms have separation. Sleeps up to 8 people.
Master bedroom with ensuite: located on the main floor overlooking the lake with your own private patio. King sized pillow top bed with duvet. Ensuite has separate tub and shower.
Second Bedroom: located on the second floor overlooking the lake and with an entrance to the second-floor bathroom directly from the room. King size pillow top bed with duvet.
Third bedroom: located on the second floor overlooking the lake. One queen sized pillow top bed with duvet and a separate twin bunk bed.
Loft: located on the second floor. Pull-out sofa bed in a quiet area overlooking the great room and lake with a TV.
Kitchen: views of the lake. Caesar stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Well equipped with all the gadgets you will need to prepare gourmet meals.
Dining area: table with seating for six with an additional three stools at the kitchen island and table with six more seats in the adjacent screened in veranda overlooking the lake.
Great room: wall of windows overlooking the lake with a fireplace, smart TV (basic cable plus movies and lifestyle), Blu-ray player and lots of comfortable seating.
Laundry: washer and dryer so that you can pack light.
Beach goodies: three kayaks, badminton racquets, balls, sand toys and beach towels.
