Surrounded by some of Manhattan's best eateries, boutiques and nightlife, this apartment features newly renovated modern decor -- a serene setting in the heart of NYC's hottest neighborhood, with exceptional restaurants, bars, and shopping, as well as a load of coffee houses and cafes. Unit is a three-flights walk-up.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

Free wi-fi, near great restaurants, 3 flight walk up, lots of light and windows and a courtyard view = quiet! Everything is up to code yet the rooms retain the high ceiling charm. Plus it's completely safe for using your own laptop or any other accessories you need to plug in.
The apt. has two rooms separated by a hallway. The front room includes a fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher/microwave for your use, you supply soap), a table with two stools, and a partitioned off full-sized Murphy bed. The bathroom, alongside the hall and separated by a door, is full bath with tub. Free Wi-Fi. One set of pillows, sheets and towels will be provided. There is a laundry nearby (see the guidebook). TV with DVD player in the bedroom, closet, shelf space and hooks are available. The second room has a seating area and a desk. This is where an additional guest may be accommodated; it's $45 to set up the bed, and $45/night for one additional guest.
I live in this apartment but travel quite a bit. Items that are covered or not easily accessible are strictly NOT FOR GUEST USE. Use common sense; if in doubt, you surely know the difference.
The building is a safe, quiet block on 6th between Avenue C and D.
We're in the heart of Alphabet City's gardens, including 6 b/c, la plaza cultural and C Garden. Tompkins Square Park is only 1.5 blocks walking. Nearby trains are the F and L. The always running M14D cross town bus stops right on Avenue C btw 10 and 11. Better yet, rent bikes at the nearby bike shop and really explore.+ More
