Affordable, three bedroom, 775 square foot waterfront cottage located on beautiful Oastler Lake, an inland lake just 5 km from Parry Sound.
All the living area of the cottage is located on one floor with an open concept main living area. Large windows allow natural light to filter into the cottage. A sofa, loveseat, and two chairs provide room for everyone in the group to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Oastler Lake while out on the canoe.
The compact kitchen includes fridge, stove and microwave as well as a table with chairs for all members of the party.
There are three bedrooms at this cottage. All bedrooms have a window and a double bed.
The bathroom at the cottage is a three-piece with a shower. Outside the cottage the small deck provides an area to relax and enjoy the fresh air. A few chairs are here and a propane BBQ are available for your outdoor dining pleasure. A firepit is also available for your family to enjoy a campfire together. The cottage lot sits up above Oastler Lake and is treed with a combination of maple and birch and has a partial view of the lake. To get to the water's edge you must walk out the driveway and down the small dirt road to the lakeside deck and dock. The water's edge beside the dock is a sandy area with a sandy bottom.
The 20 foot long dock allows your children good swimming by jumping off of the end, and also good fishing right from the dock.
Oaslter Lake is a large, clean, freshwater lake. The lake has had excellent fishing for bass, perch, pike and pickerel, so you may wish to test your luck! Boat rentals are available on the lake.
