Not to mention that in the greater San Diego area there are many world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all just 15-20 minutes away.

There are two bedrooms, each with a king bed. A shared full bath with a shower/tub combination is accompanied by a 2nd half bath. The 2nd half bath has a sink and shower. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

This home also has WI-FI and cable. There is also street parking available.

There is no washer & dryer in the unit, but there are free machines available for common use below the building.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
