The very finest meterials created this beautiful ocean front home with hand plastered walls, mohogany wood beams, teak doors, and floor to ceiling windows. Very open floor plan with soaring ceilings, and lots of natural light.
As you walk up the stairs to the front door you will be greated by two Honu (sea turtles) hand carved into the massive front door. This door easily pivots on a steel beam hiniting that you are entering a truly custom home built without compromise. Walk inside and and you will see this ocean front home has views second to none. Floor to ceiling windows not only let you take in the views, but also the continuous tradewind breeze. Watch Honu of all sizes surfing the waves and feeding just feet from you. During whale season, watch mamas teach the babies how to breach! The master bedroom has a new high-end king bed and pleanty of space to relax. This room features access to both ocean side and front facing lanais. At night I love listening to the poweful waves strike the lava rock beach as the moon reflects off the sea. Mornings bring spectacular sunrises which fills the home with natural light. The second bedroom also has a new bed (queen) and access to the front lanai. There are two new queen sofa sleepers in the large living room. In home entertainment includes a 65 inch TV, 4k/Blu-ray/DVD player, 150 channel Dish TV, highspeed internet, and multiple Amazon Echo dots convenient for getting local information or a quick weather forecast before heading out for the day. This home is in Pahoa, which is by far my favorite area of the big island. The landscape is very green but recieves much less rain than downtown Hilo. The warming ponds, black sand beaches, and Volcanos National park are all an easy drive. In addition to sleeping 8 adults/children we offer a pack n' play for your little Keiki. We stock sippy cups and an umbrella stroller too.+ More
