You don't need one but we've got private off street parking and a garage(!)

Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire ground floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for people moving to the city (with lots of storage), or two couples, friends or family up to five. Both bedrooms have new high-quality queen beds with their own full baths (one has a two-person shower, the other a tub), with German Duvavit low-flow toilets. Beds have locally made hotel quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. We also have a foldable crib for infants/toddlers.

Amazing sun-drenched kitchen has commercial gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks on both doors mean no keys to pick up or return.

Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly the stadiums (15 minutes) and the University of Washington (in 5 min). We know you'll love this space. It has a great feel to it.

Wonderful and comfortable


We felt quite at home. The place is very comfortable, lots of natural light and a very welcoming place. The owners have a number of small touches that make it feel "at home". Highly recommend it.

Doesn't get better than this!


This is a lovely charming apartment in a fantastic location. It has all the amenities one would need and more. Mike & Kathleen were available if needed and were both charming. Highly recommend and would book this apartment again. Thank You Mike & Kathleen!!!

AMAZING!


Mike and Kathleen are the impeccable hosts! The rental is so well stocked and organized. Location, location, location! We loved being in Seattle with easy access to everything we needed.
