Steeped in history, this cottage originally built in 1922, sits on 450' of Peninsula Lake shoreline. Nestled amongst the trees, the main cottage boasts a four-piece bathroom, and five bedrooms, each with a door leading on to the porch. Close by is a guest cottage with a two-piece bathroom. With a total of four double beds and 3 single beds, there is lots of room for your large family. Stretching across the front of the cottage is a large screened-in porch with lots of seating to enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. Off the porch are French doors opening into the spacious living room. What is most incredible is that every single one of these rooms has a gorgeous view of the lake. Once outside, you will be amazed at the clarity of the sandy-bottomed lake that is shallow for at least 30 feet and perfect for children. A long dock leads to another sun drenched dock with seating and access to deeper water. You can moor the canoe here or over at the two slip boathouse that houses another canoe and a kayak. Moving up from the waterfront, there is a delightful babbling brook. Where the lake and brook meet, there is some wonderful fishing.
