Ideally located 1020 sqare foot, 3 bedroom cottage directly across the street from the world-famous, seven mile long Sauble Beach on the shores of Lake Huron.
Sauble Beach is the worlds longest freshwater beach and attracts tourists from all over the world.
The main living area of the cottage boasts cathedral ceilings as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with a view out to the yard and the beach beyond. The fieldstone fireplace is an attractive centerpiece of this room. You'll find a sofa, loveseat and arm chair to relax in while you are entertained by the TV and DVD player located in the living room.
Just three steps up is the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is complete with stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, to make clean up a breeze. There is a dining room table to comfortably seat all eight in your party.
There are three bedrooms at the cottage. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a patio door to access the front deck. There is also a closet in this room for additional storage. Bedroom two also has a Queen bed and a big window that brightens the room. The third bedroom is a great one for the kids with two single sized bunkbeds.
The one bathroom is a three piece with bathtub.
There is a large deck at the beach side of the cottage that can be accessed by both the master bedroom and the living room. Here you will find the barbeque as well as patio furniture so your family can enjoy your meals outdoors. The yard at the cottage has lots of sand and grassy yard for children to enjoy while playing outside. There are lots of trees to provide extra screening from the busy road and neighbouring cottages.
Directly across the road from the cottage is Sauble Beach, with seven miles of sand, tennis courts and magnificent sunsets. The cottage is a 20 minute walk to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its store, restaurants and minigolf and amusement park. There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.
