Bedroom Description

Sleeping for 12 people inside houses and bunkies: on 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Double, 4 Single: (2 bunks, plus 1 long bunk for 2 children head-to-toe), plus extra cot with mattress

In each cabin there is 1 semi-open loft style main bedroom upstairs facing west to water and sunset;

2 small bedrooms in each of 2 main cabins, with sliding doors, on second floor beside 3-piece bathrooms. 1 has 2 Single bunk beds. Other has pull-down Queen-size Murphy bed

2 Guest Bunkies, each 10' x 10' facing west to water with pull-out futon couches (double beds) and sleeping lofts for air mattresses/tents. The North Bunkie also has the extra-long bunk bed for 2 kids head-to-toe.

Location Description

STUNNING SUNSET VIEWS and INCREDIBLE DARK SKY STARGAZING:

From the deck, patio or from inside through front and side glass curtain walls overlooking our quiet private harbour below and the cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment on the horizon. Or from the beach! Or on the water!

RELAX, ENTERTAIN AND PLAY ON THE DECK:

From the large-scale post & beam structure hang seats, swings, beds & lanterns, covered by a beautiful roof providing a variety of generous outdoor dining/playing/sleeping spaces.

FRESH BLUE WATER!:

  • 300' of limestone flat shingle beach waterfront; virtually private with small beach deck and shallow water entrance, picnic table, fire/barbecue pit. Bring your Water Shoes and wet suits if you have them

  • clear, deep blue water to swim, snorkel, SCUBA dive, motor boat, fish, canoe, kayak, windsurf, sail and SUP (Stand Up Paddling) around the offshore islands. Wetsuits (3mm) really help in July!

  • 2 sit-on top ocean kayaks (easy to use) provided with paddles (1 double and 1 single)

  • 1 beginner's windsurfer with sails. Can be used without sails as SUP board. 1 SUP paddle

  • 1 paddle boat (4-seater). (Except some weekends when Owner may use it elsewhere)

  • our protected private harbour below the house, with boat slips up to ~22 feet length, if available, for additional fee of $300/week. Must have valid Boater's License and experience on Great Lakes.

We will email you our License Agreement document with terms and conditions for you to review and sign as part of the Booking process. A detailed House Information document will be provided via email following receipt of final payment and prior to your booking arrival date. It answers all kinds of questions you might have and provides information for lots of activities in the surrounding area. A copy is also kept at the house for easy reference.

Additional Rates & Fees Description

Only $3,500.00/week, plus 13% HST to experience this one-of-a-kind award-winning vacation complex. That's only $42/night per person for a group of 12, and for a group of 6 it's only $84/night per person. Canada Stays applies an additional fee.

100% of fee required to make reservation booking per Canada Stays policy.

A refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit of $300 including 13 % HST, is payable 60 days prior to your arrival date. Subject to damage or if additional cleaning required (other than for normal wear and tear), the deposit will be returned to you shortly following departure date, in whole or in part, at Owner's discretion. Email funds transfer payments preferred because it's easy for both of us.

How to Apply for a Reservation and Guarantee Your Booking:

  1. Make your Booking Request online.

  2. We will connect with you by email and then possibly by phone to discuss your needs and answer any questions not answered in this listing or the photos!

  3. If there is a fit, we will email you a 3-page Application Form and separate License Agreement for you to read, complete, sign, scan and email back.

  4. Once approved, we will email you written acknowledgement of your reservation booking and confirm online on the Canada Stays site.
