Additional Rates & Fees Description

Minimum stay is seven nights during July and August (Saturday to Saturday).

All other dates there is a three night minimum. Exceptions may be made later in the season if there is availability or earlier if there is a small opening between bookings. In the case of an exception been made, we require an additional fee to cover the cleaning costs.
