Yacht & Beach Club condo is casual-chic, tropical, carefully maintained and well suited for upscale business and vacation travelers (all apartments are two-bedroom/two bath). It offers a relaxing get-away that's close to everything, just north of Fort Lauderdale. A beautiful, heated swimming pool is right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch the passing yachts. Enjoy the view of our marina from your living room and balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 100-percent SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the condo grounds. There is NO designated smoking area.

The condo is immaculately clean and well-designed with new furnishings, granite countertops, two master bedrooms (each with full bath), and sleeps up to four people. One master has a king bed. The other has twin beds. A sleeper sofa is in the living room. You'll find a complete kitchen with everything you need. Two laundry rooms are in the building. One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.

The condo is in a perfect location within a short, scenic walk to Pompano's spectacular new beachfront, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, gym, day spa, supermarket, and dozens of shops and restaurants.

It's a five-minute drive to Pompano's new Cultural Arts center, historic Old Town, CitiCenter shopping mall, movie theaters, state-of-the-art tennis and aquatics complex, historic air park for private planes and the Good Year Blimp base, 36-hole golf facility including Greg Norman signature course, practice greens and driving range. Shipwreck Park, with 17 underwater wrecks is a vast artificial reef system and underwater cultural arts park just one mile offshore. The smoke-free ISLE Casino, next door to Pompano Harness Track, is a 15-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida business centers, shopping and attractions.

Location Description

Water: Walk across the beach road to our award-winning â??Blue Waveâ? beach with picnic tables, play areas and lifeguards. Snorkel and dive trips 3x daily; charter party and fishing boats, enjoy public fishing pier, surfing, jet skis and boat rentals and gambling cruises.

Restaurants: Some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. There are dozens of really good ones, including waterfront dining, in all price ranges.

Shopping: Walk to local beach shops or drive to many high-end shopping malls including the new Pompano CitiCentre mall, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, the Swap Shop and Festival Flea Market Mall.

IMPORTANT: This reservation is NOT confirmed until guest completes paperwork with property manager to provide security deposit and fees. Please expect an email from property manager within 48 hours (check you spam mail in case it goes there), and contact property manager right away if you do not see this email. Once this paperwork is returned and processed, you will receive a confirmation letter with arrival instructions. Check in beginning at 4 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m. You will be given one designated parking space in the owners' lot. Street parking is available for your guests. THIS IS A 100-PERCENT SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. No smoking is allowed in the apartments or balconies or anywhere on the condo property grounds. THERE IS NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA. This property requires a three-week minimum stay. House Rules: No additional overnight guests or more than two daytime visitors without prior approval by property manager (additional charges may apply). Within seven days of departure, no cooking of fish or foods with strong odors inside the apartment so apartment is odor-free for the next guests (please use outdoor BBQ instead). Maintain property and contents in as good a condition as when guest arrived. Leave apartment in “broom swept” condition. We do the heavy cleaning after you leave. Do put out your garbage and wash and put away your dishes. Launder all linens except those used on your last night and day of your stay. Guest agrees to pay for all damage or theft caused by guest. Guest will contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damage to property is observed. Please observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. so as not to disturb other guests. No illegal activity. No guests under 25 without parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool area without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Additional charges include:

  • Exit Cleaning Fee: $125 American

  • Taxes: 12% to Broward County and the State of Florida

  • Condo application Fee: $100 American

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guests credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.
