Small fires are allowed in our township without a permit down at the beach. Please take all precautions in putting the fire out when finished. When the winds are high no fires.
When smoking please do not flick cigarette but away use ashtray as the property has wood chips everywhere on the ground. Thank you
All garbage must be removed from the property, water cooler in the cottage we provide 1 jug and 1 jug propane for your stay.
Cottage must be kept the same way upon entering when leaving.
Please do not move the furniture in the house. Please do not throw cig butts on the property as we have a lot of wood chips everywhere.
Small fires are allowed please not on a windy day there are a lot of trees and wood chips on the property and please use an ashtray if smoking outside.
We are on a septic system only toilet paper goes down nothing else.
We are on well water shorter showers and spaced out please I have no control of our water table especially in dry weather - water does have some sulphur oder we are on well, we do have a water softener.
When windy out it is best to park cars at the end of the driveway to keep away from falling branches. Please do not park on the grass in front of the house that is where the septic is.
A $200.00 cleaning fee is charged for the extra cleaning to make it nice for the next set of guests. especially with pets, there is a lot of extra cleaning. when checking out please try to keep the house the same way as when you got there. we realize everyone cleans before they leave but we always do an extra cleaning to make it nice. we understand there is no time to clean windows, bathrooms, wash floors all the extra stuff after a holiday. Pets are a part of the family, but we appreciate if everyone cleans up after them outside nothing is worse than stepping in it. We would appreciate if no pets go upstairs as to previous accidents, there is a gate at the stairs, thank you.
Please refrain from children on the upper deck by master bedroom as it can be very dangerous, as well as if it rains, be careful, the decks can be slippery.
