Book deposit: 50%, check in: 3:30PM, check out: 10:30AM. $4000.00 deposit for security and cleaning fee will be required, and we will return to you if there is no damage and no extra mess to clean.

We will provide one canoe and one Kayak. Visitors should bring or rent the boat and water equipment by themselves.

Heating of the swimming pool and hot tub are available at extra cost.

Pool heating is $100.00/day with min. charge $500.00
