NUISANCE - The Lessee shall not do anything or permit to do anything on the premises, which may be annoying to any neighbours in the vicinity of the premises or which the Lessor may deem to be a nuisance or by which the insurance on the building or buildings on the premises may be increased.
ALTERATIONS - The Lessee shall not make alterations to the premises, structural or otherwise, and shall not injure, remove any shade trees, shrubbery, hedges or any other tree or plant which may be in, on or about the premises.
WATER AND SEWER - This home in on the Municipal Sewer and Water System. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the system, Lessee could be charged damages of up to $250.
ENTRY BY LESSOR- Lessee expressly agree to permit Lessor or its agents to enter the leased premises, including storage areas.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
INDEMNITY - The Lessor and its agents shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any personal injury, death or damage of any nature whatsoever however caused that may be suffered or sustained by the Lessee or by any other person permitted on the premises by the Lessee or any loss or damage to the property belonging to the Lessee. The Lessee agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Lessor in respect of all claims for bodily injury or death, property damage or other loss or damage arising from the conduct of or any act or remission of the Lessee, its agents, invitees or licensees and in respect of all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Lessor in connection with or arising out of all such claims.
